A local trust organization in Birmingham seeks a passionate individual to lead the Trust 25 Programme's reporting initiative. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of data quality and support colleagues in driving positive changes. This hybrid role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with complex data, ultimately aiming to make a significant impact on the lives of children and young people in Birmingham.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the heart of the Trust's Intelligence and Insight Centre steering the Trust 25 Programme's reporting initiative. Our successful candidate will head the Trust 25 Programme's statutory, performance and operational reporting function. We need you to be enthusiastic, organised, and solution focused with a strengths based approach.
We have been rated as 'Good' by Ofsted, following a 2023 inspection. This is a fantastic achievement for Birmingham Children's Trust, with many positive highlights focusing on areas including the quality of staff leadership, partnership working, safeguarding and corporate parenting.
This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham so you must reside within a suitable commutable distance around Birmingham and have the correct right-to-work documents to work in the UK.
