As part of the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), we're supporting the construction of Sizewell C - a 3.2-gigawatt nuclear power station set to deliver low-carbon electricity to around 6 million UK homes for at least 60 years. This project is about more than infrastructure - it's about securing a cleaner energy future.

We're looking for an experienced Information and Data Manager to lead the way in how we govern, structure and utilise data and documentation across the project. You'll be part of a dynamic Information Management team, aligning strategy with ISO 19650 and ISO 27001, and supporting digital integration and advanced analytics across the alliance.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

  • Develop and implement the project's Information Management strategy, aligned with international standards.
  • Oversee and integrate Common Data Environment (CDE) systems such as Asite, 3D Repo, Bentley ProjectWise and assurance tools.
  • Lead the Document Control team, ensuring robust governance and full compliance with Sizewell C and CWA procedures.
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts to improve data quality and enable smart, data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage and monitor Task and Master Information Delivery Plans (TIDP & MIDP).
  • Deliver training to project teams and supply chain partners on IM processes and platforms.
  • Work across multidisciplinary teams to ensure information flows are timely, secure and high-quality.
  • Play a key role in supporting the CWA Data Strategy and integrating tools like Power BI for performance monitoring and analytics.

Key Competencies & Experience

You'll need to bring:

  • Proven experience delivering Information Management on major infrastructure or nuclear projects.
  • Deep knowledge of IM standards (ISO 19650, ISO 27001) and experience with CDE platforms.
  • Strong data governance and quality assurance capabilities.
  • Confident leadership of cross-functional teams and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • An analytical mindset with experience in data cleansing, validation, and reporting.
  • A proactive approach to innovation, process improvement, and digital tools.
  • A commitment to furthering your development - including pursuing a recognised UK Data Science qualification.

This is your chance to be part of something genuinely transformative. If you're passionate about data, digital systems, and sustainable infrastructure, this is a role where your skills will make a lasting impact.
