As an Information Manager at BW, you will manage and maintain all project-related documentation, acting as a central liaison between stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate information flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform project-specific setup on our construction management platforms.
  • Manage and maintain accurate contact details for BW, clients, and consultants within Procore.
  • Onboard subcontractors, clearly communicating BW's standards and processes.
  • Oversee DRS processes ensuring timely distribution and submission.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks, promptly managing and closing submittals.
  • Upload and manage design information and maintain compliance with BW Information Management standards.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to internal and external teams on our technology platforms.
  • Actively attend meetings, raising and resolving open issues and action points.
  • Support the preparation of project reports and handover.
  • Provide responsive administrative support, including site setup, social value initiatives, and health & safety documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage workload.
  • Highly approachable and collaborative, an integral member of the project team.
  • Effective communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Practical knowledge of Procore, HammerTech, Openspace, PowerBI and QFlow is beneficial.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
