About the Role:

The Information Management capability inside our Enterprise Asset Solutions Digital Group are seeking experienced Information Managers to help shape our new capability and lead the application of Information Management in the Nuclear, Defence, and Clean Energy sectors. As an Information Management Lead you will be accountable for managing the formation, application and development of Information Management services & capabilities upon at least one project, programme or framework helping our delivery teams and clients deliver their objectives. To be successful in this role we require candidates to be driven, engaging and solution focused with hands-on ISO19650 delivery experience and proven abilities in leadership, communication and service development in addition to the following:

  • Business acumen with experienced leadership and management abilities that enable the formation & development of successful teams & bring out the best in staff capability to drive improvement of outcomes upon our business, client organisations & projects.
  • Ability to identify Information Management & BIM scope in client organisations, bids, requirements & contracts, with capability to develop strategies, plans, governance & processes that enable adoption of required services. In-depth knowledge of industry standards, methods & techniques such as ISO19650 suite of standards, & confidence to lead adoption of required solutions & methodologies in organisational management, process adoption and technology adoption.
  • Understanding of factors impacting successful adoption of Information Management & BIM, with knowledge of solutions which drive performance improvement.
  • Effective ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and understanding of motivations and success measures that drive business and project outcomes. Strong industry domain knowledge of developments and trends with ideas that bring alternative thinking and innovation to challenge existing ways of working.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the Construction, or Engineering industry and a degree,
  • HND/ HNC or professional certification in a related subject.
