The Capital Projects team manages major construction and change projects, including the Government Hubs and Whitehall Campus Programmes.
This role supports the Government’s regional development agenda, moving 22,000 Civil Servant roles out of London under the Places for Growth initiative. The Information Management Lead will ensure project teams adhere to standards and requirements for building information management from design to operation, developing and refining information management processes and governance to ensure compliance and best practice.
The role involves managing information acquisition, management, and organization, facilitating access to maximize its use, and ensuring legal and policy compliance.
