Job Description:

Our client, a global law firm, is seeking an experienced Information Law Solicitor to join its distinguished TMT practice. The role can be based from either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Day-to-day activities will include matters relating to data privacy and data protection, as well as business development activities and supporting junior colleagues.

Interested candidates should have at least 4 years’ PQE in a large commercial practice or IT business. Sound knowledge and experience of advising on data protection projects is essential. Experience of FOI would be advantageous but not essential.
