The NHS Counter Fraud Authority seeks an Information and Intelligence Assistant IIA to manage intelligence data and evaluate fraud information. This role requires A level education or equivalent and offers a salary reflective of the high cost of living in London. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to ensure the integrity of the intelligence system while adhering to legal frameworks.
The NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA) is the national body responsible for all matters relating to the prevention, detection, and investigation of economic crime across the NHS. Further information about our work and annual plan for delivering this is available on our website.
The Information and Intelligence Assistant IIA will collate information, ensure it is accurately recorded, perform initial searches and enquiries using case management and intelligence systems. They will evaluate different types of fraud, bribery, and corruption information, and prioritize it to reduce threat, risk, harm, and vulnerability while maximizing opportunities. Sanitizing low-level intelligence and disseminating it in line with intelligence processes and legislation.
The post holder will be required to have an NPPV3.
