Information Governance Administration Coordinator, Shetland Islands

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join NHS Shetland’s Information Governance team. The role involves providing essential administrative coordination, managing daily operations, and prioritising the demands of our small but busy IG Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. PA duties for senior staff, including diary and meeting management, and minute-taking.
  2. Supporting requests for information under FOI and DSAR regulations.
  3. Maintaining IG documentation systems.

Candidate Profile:

  • Highly proficient with digital technology and eager to learn new systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Position Details:

  • Full Time – 37 hours per week
  • Band 4* - Salary Range £29,116 – £31,670 per annum
  • Distant Island Allowance of £2,380 per annum
