Job Description:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to join NHS Shetland’s Information Governance team. You'll provide essential administrative coordination, managing daily operations and prioritising the demands of our small but busy IG Department.

  1. Key responsibilities include:
  2. PA duties for senior staff (diary/meeting management, minute-taking)
  3. Supporting requests for information (FOI and DSAR)
  4. Maintaining IG documentation systems

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient with digital technology and eager to learn new systems. As we continue to enhance our digital workload management capabilities, your technical aptitude and adaptability will be crucial. You'll need excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
