Ada Meher is currently partnered with a leading SaaS company in the BIM space, helping tier-one construction companies globally use technology to increase efficiency and accuracy in large-scale project delivery. They are seeking an Information/Document Controller, with prior construction experience, to work directly with Site Managers and Suppliers on data collection.

The ideal candidate will have a background in confidently communicating with customers & suppliers, answering queries, and ensuring data is collected accurately and within pre-agreed timescales.

The company operates with remote flexibility, managing staff with autonomy and accountability against defined objectives. While primarily remote, this role requires weekly commuting to either the London or Chelmsford offices.

  • Experience in Document / Information Control within the Construction Industry
  • Experience working with external stakeholders such as subcontractors or suppliers
  • Experience in Document/Data QA
  • Experience in the O&M Handover space is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
