Job summary

Mansfield Building Society is seeking an Information & Security Manager to lead the development of our cyber security capability and protect customers, colleagues and information assets. You will work closely with stakeholders to manage risk, strengthen resilience and drive continuous improvement across security operations.

You will influence strategic decisions while staying close to the operational aspects of cyber security, shaping the security roadmap and promoting security awareness across

As our Information & Cyber Security Manager, you'll lead the development of our cyber security capability, helping to protect our customers, colleagues and information assets while supporting the delivery of ambitious technology and business change programmes.

You'll be the trusted security expert within the organisation, partnering with stakeholders across the business to manage risk, strengthen resilience, oversee security operations and drive continuous improvement.

This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact, influencing strategic decisions while remaining close to the operational aspects of cyber security. You'll help shape our security roadmap, champion security awareness and ensure we continue to operate in a secure, compliant and resilient manner.
