Information Coordinator

A leading reputable Tier 1 Contractor based in the South Coast is looking for an Information Controller on a permanent basis to join their business. Overseeing multiple schemes across the Dorset, Hampshire, and Wiltshire region ranging in value from £50M - £150M.

Joining the team split between their head office, site, and with working from home opportunities including flexible hours. This is a crucial role within the team and preferably your background will be within a similar sized Tier 1 contractor with exposure working on alike value projects. Experience using A-Site will be advantageous.

As Information Controller you will be responsible for:

1. Reviewing and quality assessing all drawings and documents submitted
2. Uploading and filling all information following business protocol
3. Ensuring and managing compliance throughout
4. Checking information on drawings for conformance with status and format agreed, as well as troubleshooting and resolving problems.
