About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Information Controller to join a major public sector construction project based in Huntingdonshire. This is a key role in the delivery team, responsible for the control, management, and coordination of all project documentation and digital information across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Support accurate and efficient management of all project-related documentation, models, and drawings
Set up and maintain a structured Common Data Environment (CDE) for storing, retrieving, and archiving project information
Administer workflows and ensure data consistency, validation, and accuracy
Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and external consultants to ensure compliance with information control procedures
Monitor and ensure alignment with ISO 19650 standards
Oversee the development and management of Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs)
Provide training and support to teams using the CDE platform
Contribute to a culture of best practice in digital construction and data management
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar Information Control / Document Control role
Familiarity with Asite (preferred) or other CDE platforms
Solid knowledge of ISO 19650 information management standards
Strong communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data
Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams on major construction/infrastructure projects
Security Clearance:
This role requires a minimum level of UK security clearance, with potential for higher-level national security vetting. Applicants must meet UK residency requirements. Dual or multiple nationalities must be declared.
