Flexible Working: Full time, part time, and compressed hours are possible. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, the majority of the role is office-based with limited remote working opportunities (up to one day per month for learning and development).

As an Information and Data Management Officer, you'll maximize the impact of our intelligence by working with unique information, using your skills to drive outcomes and inform decisions. You'll collaborate with teams and partners daily, contribute to best practices, and share your knowledge to enhance information value.
You will represent the Data and Information Department, initially focusing on information, records, or data management to understand our objectives and legal obligations. You will influence customer teams by providing practical advice and possibly training to promote effective information management. You will also contribute to digital and technological changes, including developing policies and implementing new tools.
You should have a qualification or professional accreditation in information, records, or data management, with memberships in IRMS, CILIP, or ARA being advantageous. Recent graduates and those with broad data management skills are encouraged to apply. Experience with electronic document management systems, developing policies, and technological change is desirable.
You need strong problem-solving skills, ownership of your work, and a proactive approach to sharing your expertise within the community.
