Flexible Working: Full time, part time, and compressed hours are possible. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, the role is primarily office-based with limited remote working (up to one day per month for learning and development).

As an Information and Data Management Officer, you'll maximize the impact of our intelligence, working with unique information to drive outcomes and inform decisions. You will collaborate daily with partners and customers, contribute to best practices, and share your knowledge to enhance information value. You will represent the Data and Information Department, initially focusing on information, records, or data management to understand organizational objectives and legal obligations. You will also influence wider teams by providing practical advice, training, and promoting effective information management behaviors. Additionally, you'll contribute to digital and technological advancements, including policy development and tool implementation.
You should have a qualification in information, records, or data management, or hold professional accreditation with IRMS, CILIP, or ARA. Recent graduates with relevant qualifications, as well as those with broad data and information management skills, are encouraged to apply. Experience with electronic document and records management systems, policy development, or technological change is advantageous. You should possess problem-solving skills, ownership of your work, and a proactive approach to contributing to the community.

Starting salary from £41,737 plus benefits including 25-30 days annual leave, public holidays, performance recognition, interest-free season ticket loan, pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, on-site facilities, and parental leave.
