IT Information Analyst Procurement

In this role, you can work on end-to-end implementations, focus on specific components within large projects or optimize existing configurations; each day in this role brings unique opportunities and fresh challenges to tackle! Ready to dive into an exciting career journey? Read on!

What is your role?

  1. You will translate business requirements and concepts into functional user stories.
  2. Creating and implementing test scripts according to these user stories is part of your job.
  3. You will plan and guide the implementation of new functionalities and software releases, with a constant focus on helping the business in their daily work and optimizing workflows to make processes more efficient.
  4. Documentation of (new) functionalities and transferring knowledge to the support and maintenance organization is key.
  5. You will provide third-line functional support for users.
  6. You will take part in international projects related to procurement.
  7. Operating within Agile SCRUM Methodologies and utilizing the Atlassian toolchain (JIRA, Confluence) for effective collaboration.

Your team

You will join the Order management & Procurement team (14 members) responsible for applications like DOM (Distributed Order Management), OMS (Order Management System), Oracle (Strategic) Procurement, and Slim4. Your main focus will be on Oracle Procurement.

Location- Varsseveld

Who are you?

Besides your enthusiastic, curious mindset, we have a couple of requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related studies.
  • Experience with application implementation, maintenance, and third-line support.
  • Knowledge and experience with Oracle (Cloud) SCM modules, especially Inventory and Procurement. Experience with Order Management is a plus.
  • You are able to work project-based.
  • You are customer-oriented (towards colleagues) and enjoy working on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and analysis capabilities; you find it important to share knowledge and are a true team player.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
