Job summary

EngineeringUK is seeking a Senior Informatica CDM Engineer to support the Customer Data Master on the Informatica Intelligent Data Cloud. You will maintain CDM components across Customer360 and Data Quality to ensure robust data models and reliable data flows.

Collaborate with the Informatica Developer Manager to design CDI data integrations (ingresses/egresses), enforce data quality, and comply with GDPR/CCPA. Strong SQL, REST API familiarity, and experience with JIRA/Confluence are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience on the Informatica CDM platform (SaaS) with Customer360/Business360
• Proven experience in CDI data integrations (ingresses/egresses) and SQL
• Ability to organize development/configuration/testing in agile and waterfall delivery models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Agile development environment
• Understanding of GDPR/CCPA compliance and data security basics
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Work with the Informatica Developer Manager to develop and maintain the Customer Data Master in Informatica CDM
• Review entity, attribute, and hierarchy list and deliver the design recommendations for CDM data modelling
• Maintain and extend our Data Model: Build, test, and deploy additional data attributes
• Adapt data flows (ingresses and egresses): Build, test, and deploy changes to data ingress/egress
• Deliver Ingress/CDI/API design patterns from SAP, Snowflake and Adobe
• Deliver Egress/CDI/API design patterns to SAP, Treasure Data, Mulesoft and Salesforce
• Design best practices for Data Quality, Match and merge, survivorship, and Data Enrichment for CDM
• Design and deliver CDM workflows/CAI/API components
• Set up secure agent, network config, SSO, and user provisioning
• Deliver and maintain user roles and reference data
• Participate in solutioning and design sessions
• Conduct reviews and health checks for sprint deliverables
• Working Knowledge of REST API
• Support the CDM team with specialist knowledge of CDM
• Quality Assurance to ensure data integrity
• Compliance and Security requirements
• Documentation: user guides and tech specs
• Process Development and Continuous Improvement of data management
