Job summary

Rsgroup is seeking a Lead Informatica Developer to support the development of their global Customer Data Master platform. This permanent position, based in either Corby, London, or Manchester, involves managing and optimising data flows, designing data models, and ensuring data quality. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Informatica tools and APIs, a solid understanding of SQL, and a background in data governance. The role offers a hybrid work environment and additional support for various personal health needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Informatica CDM and SaaS platform.
• Proven experience building, configuring, testing Informatica C360 solutions.
• Experience in designing and developing API using Informatica CAI.
• Solid understanding of data modelling and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Customer Data Master within Informatica Customer 360.
• Design and evolve data models, including entities, attributes, hierarchies.
• Manage and optimise data flows, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Define and implement best practices for data quality and compliance.
• Contribute to solution design sessions and technical decision-making.
