Job summary

ARC Management and Consultancy is seeking a senior governance and data protection specialist to lead and coordinate corporate governance, data protection, complaints and incidents for the Federation and external clients.

You will provide expert advice, develop policies, conduct audits and lead improvement initiatives across governance domains, information governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in governance, data protection, information governance, compliance, risk or related discipline.
• Experience in governance, data protection, or compliance documentation development.
• Experience planning and delivering governance, data protection or compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Governance and Data Protection Framework, integrating governance across functions.
• Provide expert governance and data protection advice to the Board, executives and external clients.
• Develop and grow governance, data protection, compliance, policy and management support services.
• Deliver outsourced data protection services including audits, policy development and training.
• Manage external client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate tenders, bids and proposals, including pricing and scopes of work.
