We’re looking for an Influencer Talent Coordinator to support our growing roster of creators and help deliver best-in-class campaigns. This is an entry-level role working across influencer marketing, content planning, brand partnerships, and creator development. You’ll report to the Talent Manager, with exposure to the day-to-day management of talent and the full campaign cycle. What you’ll do
  1. Talent Support: Assist with communications, schedule management, and deliverables tracking for creators.
  2. Campaign Management: Help Talent Managers oversee brand partnerships from brief to delivery – timelines, assets, approvals.
  3. Coordination: Talent calendars, event invites & gifting.
  4. Content Planning: Coordinate content calendars, brainstorm ideas, and support on creative pitch decks.
  5. Admin & Reporting: Keep databases up to date, track performance, and generate wrap reports.
  6. Research & Outreach: Identify new talent, commercial opportunities, and growth opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Organized and detail-driven – able to juggle multiple creators and deadlines.
  • Clear communicator – professional over email, confident on calls, strong at writing briefs.
  • Culturally tuned-in – understands trends, creator economy, and Gen Z audiences.
  • Experience in a creative, media, or influencer role (internships or freelance is fine).
  • Fluent in Google Suite, with bonus points for Canva, Missive, or SmartSuite.
  • Genuine interest in supporting and developing talent long-term.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
