Profiles Creative is seeking an ambitious Influencer & Social Account Manager to join our creator-led agency in London on a full-time, permanent basis. You will bridge creative vision with seamless campaign execution across sports and entertainment, managing campaigns from briefs to activation.

The role requires hands-on influencer marketing experience, platform fluency (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), and strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, client services, or creator management within an agency environment.
• Hands-on expertise managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including contract negotiations, talent sourcing, and brief alignment.
• Deep platform fluency across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, with understanding of algorithm updates and audience growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day client relations and campaign delivery from inception to activation, reporting, and retention.
• Identify, source, and negotiate contracts with leading digital talent and creators.
• Direct multi-channel social media campaigns and brand activations across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram to meet objectives on time.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, aligning creator output with brand standards while allowing talent creative freedom.
• Track, evaluate, and present campaign performance data using social analytics to optimize strategies.

Profiles Creative. is looking for an ambitious, dynamic Influencer & Social Account Manager to join our creator-led agency on a full-time, permanent basis. This role places you at the intersection of brands, digital creators, YouTubers, and major talent across sports and entertainment. You will act as the vital bridge between creative vision and seamless campaign execution, championing meaningful collaborations while driving continuous growth in your client and talent management career.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relations and campaign delivery, managing client briefs from inception through to activation, reporting, and retention.
• Identify, source, and negotiate contracts with leading digital talent, top-tier YouTubers, and creators, building sustainable roster relationships.
• Direct multi-channel social media campaigns and brand activations across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, ensuring deliverables hit strategic objectives on time.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, aligning creator output with brand standards while allowing talent the creative freedom to engage their audiences.
• Track, evaluate, and present in-depth campaign performance data, using social analytics and platform trends to optimize ongoing client strategies.

• Proven experience in account management, client services, or creator management within an agency environment.
• Hands-on expertise managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including contract negotiations, talent sourcing, and brief alignment.
• Deep platform fluency across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, accompanied by a sharp understanding of algorithm updates, audience growth mechanics, and social content strategy.
• Strong project management abilities with a track record of successfully overseeing multiple brand activations and social deliverables concurrently.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to nurture long-term stakeholder partnerships and foster client retention.
