Position Overview
K18 Hair is looking for an influencer relations manager to join the Consumer Engagement team. The influencer relations manager will work with the Consumer Engagement team + cross-functional partners to develop and execute comprehensive programs to support K18 Hair’s overarching strategies. This person will support day-to-day influencer marketing efforts, play an integral role in developing strategy, help plan influencer/stylist events, manage relationships, and ensure all campaign goals are met.
Reporting to the director of influencer relations, you will support external agency management, asset organization, campaigns, photo shoots, brand activations, etc. This person will expand and nurture K18 Hair’s influencer + stylist community. They will have a deep understanding of (or willingness to learn) the influencer marketing landscape, experience incorporating creators into brand campaigns, strong relationships with influencer + stylist talent and a proficiency with measurement tools and social channels for optimal reporting. This person is responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with influencers, stylists, and their agents and teams when relevant.

Salary Range:up to $95,000
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
