Job summary

Pink Honey Ltd. is seeking an Influencer & PR Executive in the UK to execute influencer strategy and collaborate with leadership to build authentic creator relationships. You will help develop standout campaigns and work with our social team to plan, create, and edit engaging content across channels.

The role combines PR and content creation, offering opportunities to drive brand awareness, manage influencer programs, and contribute creative, on-brand content for social platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand, ideally beauty or lifestyle.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating content and account growth.
• Ability to create high-quality short-form videos and visual content (Reels, TikTok, Stories).
• Excellent understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing apps.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the beauty industry and strong alignment with the Pink Honey brand aesthetic.
• 28 days annual leave.

• PR & Campaign Delivery: Execute PR campaigns around product launches, key seasonal moments, and commercial priorities.
• UGC & Gifting: Oversee product gifting and influencer campaigns to help increase organic User-Generated Content (UGC).
• Brand Awareness: Spot new platform opportunities, industry trends, and emerging talent to keep Pink Honey ahead of the curve.
• Content Creation & Editing: Shoot, edit, and produce content across channels (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and commercially minded Influencer & PR Executive to execute Pink Honey’s influencer strategy. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to build and nourish authentic creator relationships, help develop standout campaigns, and drive overall brand awareness. Additionally, you will work closely with our social team to plan, create, and edit engaging content across our channels—making this an exciting, varied role for someone who thrives in both PR and content creation.
