As an Influencer Performance Analyst, you’ll:

  • Support the Head of Influencer Performance in maintaining and driving the growth of Myprotein’s global influencer programme.
  • Report on influencer performance weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly to identify key successes and areas for improvement.
  • Manage the general hygiene of the influencer programme, including keeping links, offers, and reporting updated.
  • Identify opportunities for new partnerships to enhance the global influencer programme.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute influencer campaigns on a global scale.
  • Oversee the invoicing and payment process for influencers through a monthly PO system.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • Degree qualified (preferred) with 1+ year of experience in marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-minded approach and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools.
  • A genuine interest in health, wellbeing, fitness, and digital marketing.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing's role in brand awareness, content creation, and driving commercial value.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of meeting deadlines.
