Job description

About Us

Cult Mia is building the leading online luxury fashion marketplace of tomorrow. We stand out by curating the most unique, values-driven collections that shoppers won’t find anywhere else. By constantly scouting the globe, we connect our community with the freshest independent fashion talent. To date, we've onboarded over 400 brands from 42 countries, offering products across 17 categories. Our approach to sustainability, developed alongside Positive Luxury, is tied to supporting the brands that align with at least one of our four key values.

Cult Mia is named the fastest-growing fashion company in the UK for the second year in a row, and is entering an exciting scale-up phase following a successful investment round. With ambitious growth plans over the next three to five years, we’re expanding our marketing team to help take the brand to the next level. Our focus is on accelerating traction in our two leading markets - the US and the Middle East - and building global brand awareness that matches the strength and uniqueness of our product offering. We’re looking for sharp, creative marketing minds who are excited to drive forward one of the most dynamic brands in fashion today.

About the Role

We are searching for an entrepreneurial, commercial-minded, culturally fluent luxury marketer who can build a meaningful presence in the US and GCC markets for Cult Mia. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with influencers, KOLs, stylists, and B2B partners to deliver long-term value.

This is not a traditional Influencer Manager role. We are looking for someone who lives and understands what and who influences our customers, can build meaningful relationships that result in commercial impact for the business, and will be entrepreneurial about building the Cult Mia brand via partners in our key growth markets. You will operate with significant autonomy and trust, collaborating closely with Cult Mia’s E-commerce and Marketing teams, whilst supporting wider Marketing initiatives.

This role requires a highly personable and creative individual with strong planning and organisational skills, as well as a solid understanding of the luxury and independent fashion landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Operations
  • Design, manage and scale Influencer programmes which drive priority business metrics e.g. Brand awareness, Sales, UGC
  • Manage influencer and KOL contract negotiations, gifting, seeding, and program logistics. Support PR agencies and manage in-house interns on logistics where needed.
  • Track influencer partnerships and performance, reporting on engagement, reach, and conversion impact.
  • Source top-quality influencer and community content for cross-channel use
B2B Community Architect
  • Build and manage day-to-day relationships across key B2B community stakeholder groups, including:
  • Influencers & KOLs
  • Stylists

  • Pitch and own the execution of new initiatives to grow these communities with collaborations and events aligned to our marketing calendar.
  • Pass on feedback from communities to the relevant teams within the organisation to help us improve our platform and customer experience.
B2B Events & Activations
  • For the 3 stakeholder groups above, conceptualise, organise and host curated Cult Mia events, salons, and private soirees
  • Act as project manager, keeping the critical path, sourcing vendors and partners, ensuring execution meets the brand standards of Cult Mia.
  • Be the Cult Mia representative behind B2B regional activations. Curate high-value guest list of influencers and tastemakers.
  • Support wider Marketing events and activations key to Cult Mia’s Marketing calendar
Brand & Co-Marketing Partnerships
  • Support the Head of Marketing with the execution of B2B partnership opportunities to drive brand awareness, lead generation and revenue, including with our own Cult Mia brands.
  • Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and campaign activations across partnerships.
  • Ensure all collaborations reflect Cult Mia’s positioning and meet luxury brand standards.
