About Us

We’re a fast-growing influencer marketing agency that specializes in TikTok-first campaigns. We connect brands with the most engaging creators, delivering scroll-stopping content and high-impact results. Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our growth by bringing in new clients and expanding our partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Identifying and winning new business – Prospect, pitch, and close deals with brands that want to dominate TikTok.
  2. Developing client relationships – Build strong connections with marketing decision-makers at top brands.
  3. Owning the sales cycle – From cold outreach to contract signing, you’ll be in control of your pipeline.
  4. Collaborating with internal teams – Work closely with campaign managers and strategists to ensure client success.
  5. Staying ahead of trends – Be the go-to expert on TikTok trends, creator economy shifts, and social commerce.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising.
  2. Deep understanding of TikTok and its role in modern brand marketing.
  3. Strong network of brand and agency contacts in industries like fashion, beauty, gaming, and lifestyle.
