Redgert Comms in London is seeking a highly organised, creative Talent Partnerships Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns and manage client work from concept to delivery. This role combines consulting on influencer strategy with hands-on project management, and requires a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

You will also build and nurture relationships with influencers to deliver strong business results for brands.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in a similar talent/partnerships role.
• Senior-to-mid level position requiring client-facing consulting and campaign delivery.
• Strong network-building and knowledge of influencer ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assigned retainer accounts and campaigns with independence, ensuring delivery on timelines, budgets, KPIs and reporting.
• Set strategy for existing clients and contribute to creative campaign ideas and briefs.
• Maintain and grow a network of local influencers and talent managers.
• Collaborate with Events, PR, and other teams to maximise influencer participation in campaigns.
• Participate in new business efforts and upsell influencer services.
