We’re seeking a strategic and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and execute influencer marketing initiatives across Europe for our retail business. This role is key in enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through authentic partnerships with influencers and content creators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales in European markets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and KOLs on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create campaign briefs and content guidelines aligning with brand voice and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovative collaborations.
  • Manage budgets effectively and provide detailed post-campaign reports with recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within eCommerce or consumer digital brands.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer ecosystems in Europe.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience with influencer tools and analytics platforms.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
  • Creative mindset with trend-spotting abilities and innovative content ideas.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
