We’re looking for a strategic and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of influencer marketing initiatives across Europe for our retail business. This role will be pivotal in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through authentic and impactful partnerships with key influencers and content creators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across key European markets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with high-potential influencers and KOLs on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create campaign briefs and content guidelines to ensure influencer output aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions), and use insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for innovative influencer collaborations and content strategies.
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively and deliver detailed post-campaign reports with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, ideally within eCommerce or consumer digital brands.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer ecosystems in Europe.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience with influencer tools and analytics platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for trend-spotting and innovative content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
