We’re seeking a strategic and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and execute influencer marketing initiatives across Europe for our retail business. This role is crucial in enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through authentic partnerships with influencers and content creators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales in European markets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and KOLs on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create campaign briefs and content guidelines to align influencer output with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs like reach, engagement, and conversions; optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovative influencer collaborations.
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets and prepare detailed post-campaign reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within eCommerce or consumer digital brands.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer ecosystems in Europe.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for trends and innovative content ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
