About the Team: The influencer marketing team is the growth engine of The Beauty Tech Group and works at the intersection of influencer marketing and partnerships. The team is responsible for discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across all platforms to drive traffic, awareness and sales through campaign activations.

About the role

About the role: As an Influencer Marketing Executive working across our English speaking territories (UK, IRE, USA & Canada) you will report to the Influencer Marketing Manager, supporting the creation of a world class influencer marketing strategy and helping to deliver a partnership strategies that support growth of the business from a brand and commercial perspective.

Key responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining publisher and Influencer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities.
  • Coordinate with various teams to address Affiliate and Influencer needs in accurate and timely manner.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills (English), with the ability to think and act with speed.
  • Highly organised & efficient, able to work clearly & effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Oversee Influencer & Content Affiliate collaborations and report back on to senior team on findings and learnings.
  • Responsible for driving revenue growth across all Social Media Platforms via Influencer placements.
  • Seek out new opportunities and ways to work with established and up and coming influencers.
  • Leading Influencer activity to run alongside campaigns, product launches and celeb / influencer collaborations to maximise exposure.
Candidate requirements
  • Previous Influencer marketing experience.
  • Experience and understanding of how digital channels can work together and how these may cross over into the Affiliate channel.
  • Proficient knowledge of all Social Media Channels.
  • Effectively prioritise tasks for both personal workload and team responsibilities
  • Ability to review commercial proposals and negotiate to ensure cost efficiency for the channel.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and delivering strong results
  • Confident in presenting to and working with senior team members.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build strong cross departmental relationships.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics.
