Job summary

Alayd Agency, a London-based content production and social media marketing agency, is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager who can also act as a Content Creator. You’ll run creator campaigns end-to-end and actively participate in on-site shoots when needed.

We’re looking for someone with experience in influencer marketing or talent management, strong creative instincts to craft hooks and concepts, and excellent organisational and communication skills to juggle multiple client campaigns across

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing, talent/creator management, or a closely related field.
• Strong creative instincts to write hooks and direct shoots; know what makes content perform.
• Comfortable on camera and able to create content, not just brief others.
• Excellent organisational skills to juggle multiple campaigns for several clients.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and manage influencers and creators across client campaigns.
• Provide creative direction and write scripts/briefs for creator content.
• Act as the day-to-day link between clients and creators — manage communication, expectations, and delivery.
• Get on-site with clients to film and create content directly when needed.
• Keep multiple campaigns organized and moving on schedule across different clients and verticals.
