Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee and manage various campaigns. This role involves managing large projects, handling complex data, and maintaining strong influencer and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate campaign deals, source influencers, and utilize our influencer roster.
• Manage campaigns post-closure to ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with influencers via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
• Use creative techniques to find contact details and engage influencers.
• Manage datasets and complex Excel files for data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure project timelines and campaign deliverables are met.
• Continuously assess and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Creative problem-solving skills and influencer engagement experience.
• Experience with influencer sourcing software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently remotely.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer-focused.
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.
