Job summary

Debenhams Group is seeking an Influencer Executive in Manchester to drive influencer campaigns and strategic partnerships across fashion, beauty and lifestyle. You’ll collaborate with the Influencer Manager and Brand Marketing to grow awareness, engagement and revenue through authentic creator partnerships.

Based in our central Manchester office, you’ll manage day-to-day influencer communications, track performance and help scale campaigns with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in influencer marketing, social media or a related digital role.
• Strong understanding of influencer platforms, trends and creator culture.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Confidence working with data, reporting and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support the end to end delivery of influencer campaigns across platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Research, source and onboard influencers aligned to the Debenhams brand and target audience
• Manage day to day influencer communications, contracts and gifting
• Track content delivery, user rights and campaign timelines
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
• Support paid amplification of influencer content where required
• Keep up to date with social trends, platform updates and emerging creators

You’ll work closely with the Influencer Manager, wider Brand Marketing team, and external creators to help grow brand awareness,engagementand revenue through authentic partnerships.

This role will be based out of our central Manchester office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
