We're looking for an Influencer Campaign Manager to lead scalable, ROI-focused creator campaigns. This role isn't about vanity metrics - it's about driving conversions and measurable growth through high-performing influencer partnerships & campaigns.

You’ll own the full funnel: from outreach and onboarding to tracking performance, optimizing creative angles, scaling what works, and trialing new things. You’ll build repeatable systems, test relentlessly, and automate wherever possible - always with a growth mindset.

What You'll Do:

Campaign Performance & Optimisation

  • Launch, track, and scale influencer campaigns with a focus on ROI, CAC, and conversions
  • Continuously test new messaging angles, creatives, offers, and formats to boost performance
  • Set and hit performance KPIs for reach, engagement, click-through, and acquisition
  • Rapidly iterate based on data

Creator Management & Recruitment

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing creators (across all tiers)
  • Manage ongoing relationships with influencers, ensuring clarity on goals and incentives
  • Oversee contracts, briefs, payment structures, and incentive programs
  • Develop clear, conversion-driven briefs optimized for creator style
  • Approve and schedule content to align with campaign launch windows
  • Ensure all deliverables go live on time with correct tracking in place

Data, Tracking & Reporting

  • Set up and manage tracking links, promo codes, UTMs, and dashboards
  • Monitor performance daily - clicks, conversions, spend, ROI, LTV
  • Build performance reports with insights, wins, and clear next steps

Systems, Scaling & Automation

  • Build scalable frameworks to manage hundreds of creators at once
  • Automate repetitive tasks with tools like Zapier, Airtable, Notion, etc
  • Document processes and optimise for speed, accuracy, and scale
  • Launch and refine ambassador, UGC, and creator-led growth loops
  • Test new platforms, formats (short-form video, livestreams, shoppable content), and geo-expansion
  • Bring ideas to the table weekly for driving cheaper, faster, and more effective acquisition

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years in influencer marketing
  • Proven track record of scaling creator campaigns that actually convert
  • Deep knowledge of tracking tools, analytics platforms, and campaign ROI
  • Obsessed with testing, optimizing, scaling, and reporting
  • Fluent in creator platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and trends
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
