Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in communications, social media, PR or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Support influencer and advocacy strategy.
• Build relationships with member advocates and industry influencers.
• Identify opportunities to amplify TM Forum content through external voices.
• Coordinate advocacy activities around campaigns and events.
• Track engagement and report on performance.
• Foster employee advocacy and internal engagement across the workforce.
• Create content packs and toolkits for advocates and stakeholders.
• Support executive profiling and speaker programs.
