Job summary

Burson is seeking an Influence Strategist (AD) to deliver strategic influencer and creator communications for a portfolio of clients. You will translate client challenges into influencer strategies, audience frameworks, creator ecosystems and channel recommendations while guiding briefs, creative development and evaluation.

You will work with account teams to apply strategic thinking consistently across campaigns, while staying abreast of influencer landscape and cultural trends to inform

Qualifications

• Senior experience leading influencer marketing in agency or client-side environments.
• Ability to develop governance, measurement, and influencer planning standards.
• Proficient with influencer discovery, social listening and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop insight-led influencer strategies that align with business objectives.
• Build audience frameworks and creator ecosystems across channels.
• Shape cross-platform influencer strategies across social, video, podcast, live and emerging channels.
• Lead influencer planning, creator selection, partnerships and content strategies.
• Provide senior counsel on partnerships, governance, brand safety and risk.
• Build trusted client relationships through workshops and strategic discussions.
• Drive organic growth and new business opportunities including pitches.
• Collaborate with PR, creative, paid, corporate affairs and analytics teams to deliver campaigns.
