Our Industry & Services team provides audit services to companies listed on the London Stock Exchange (FTSE 350, Small Cap, and Fledgling), AIM, and large companies with turnovers exceeding £150m. The team collaborates with overseas counterparts to audit UK-based subsidiaries of global groups. We support our staff's career development, work-life balance, and wellbeing.

As a Responsible Individual (RI), you will work with local and national partners to develop the audit team, expand our client offerings, and contribute to our strategic growth. You will also engage directly with clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional audit services.

What you'll do

1. Lead the client service management team in audit strategy and planning.
2. Provide technical expertise and leadership to the audit team and clients.
3. Maintain control and stability under pressure, meeting deadlines.
4. Present audit opinions and prepare reports, including group reporting and audit committee papers.
5. Identify opportunities for new business development.

What you'll bring

1. Extensive experience managing external audits and leading audit teams.
2. Current or eligible to apply for RI status, with experience overseeing diverse audit portfolios in large and listed sectors.
3. Up-to-date knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102 and IFRS.
4. Proven success in winning new business.
