Role Overview:

As a Responsible Individual (RI), you will collaborate with local and national partners to develop and expand the audit team, enhance client offerings, and contribute to our strategic growth. You will also work directly with clients to deliver exceptional audit services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the client service management team in audit strategy and planning.
• Provide technical expertise, advice, and leadership to the audit team and clients.
• Maintain control and stability under pressure, adhering to deadlines.
• Present audit opinion summaries, group reports, and audit committee papers.
• Identify opportunities for new business development.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience leading external audits and managing diverse client portfolios.
• Current RI status or eligibility to apply, with experience across large and listed sectors.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102 and IFRS.
• Proven success in winning new business.
