This Position reports to:
Division Manager, System Drives

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Chemicals, Oil & Gas industry segment throughout the UK, bring new business opportunities and improve the existing ones by supporting the Sales organization with relevant knowledge of products and markets. Each day, you will support the defined Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process in your assigned Industry Segment. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in sales strategy discussions for the assigned area, agreements on short-term and long-term goals, and negotiation of the division sales budget.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Creating the division sales plans for the area, in coordination with the Sales organization and teams.
  • Analyzing the customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.
  • Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages provided by the company.
  • Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers.


Qualifications for the role
  • You are highly skilled in Sales & Business development across the Chemicals, Oil & Gas markets.
  • You have established skills, and the ability to demonstrate your experience in Sales and Business Development. You have extensive experience working as a sales leader with technology products and solutions (preferably Drives and Motors).
  • You are passionate about the sales process providing customers with the highest levels of customer experience.
  • Preferably Degree qualified or relevant industry experience.
  • You are at ease communicating in English, comprehension of other European languages is beneficial.
