Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Industry Placement Adviser to join our Sixth Form Careers & Employability team. The role is based across Strode's and Windsor College campuses, 37 hours per week, term-time only, 41 weeks per year.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the professional world and education, helping students gain essential employability skills and secure high-quality industry placements that meet college and awarding body requirements.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in retail, recruitment, account management or business development.
• Ability to coach students to become work ready.
• Willingness to visit employers at their locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between the professional world and education, supporting students in acquiring employability skills and securing quality industry placements.
• Build strong partnerships with employers to fulfil college and awarding body criteria.
• Regularly visit employers at their locations to navigate placements effectively.
