Infyos, the team and our purpose

At Infyos, we’re building the supply chain operating system for clean energy - starting by helping battery and energy companies manage and mitigate supply chain risk.

Our AI-powered platform combines public and proprietary data to give deep visibility into Tier-N suppliers and red-flag ESG risks, from forced labour to carbon exposure. With regulation tightening and investor scrutiny rising, we enable companies to stay ahead of compliance deadlines and de-risk procurement decisions — while accelerating the global transition to clean energy. We have a startup-like mindset in the way we work. Expect a place to learn new skills, be creative and take ownership. We believe that by equipping people with the best tools to solve problems, we can tackle the whole world's problems better, together.

We believe in the value of

We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and culture from the start. Climate justice cuts across race, , and more, and we welcome applicants from backgrounds that are underrepresented in climate and tech. The job brief

We’re looking for a Industry Lead - Sustainability & Supply Chain Risk who will work closely with our cofounders to 10x our process for customer onboarding, delivery, retention and upsell.

To start the role is: part supply chain sustainability subject-matter expert, part customer success, part product owner and part project manager. Based on your ambition, the role will intro leading our customer success team.

You’ll be ideal for the role if you:

  • Are an excellent communicator - you’ll just as easily win over senior stakeholders as roll up your sleeves to solve a client’s ESG data challenge.
  • Bring creativity and structure - you’ll manage competing priorities and deadlines, whilst delivering a high quality experience to our customers and without letting important work slip through the cracks
  • Thrive on ownership – you’ll get stuck in across projects and figure things out fast, often without clear instructions
  • Are a fast learner – whether it’s sustainability regulation, the latest customer success best practice or how our customers think, you’re curious and can skill up quickly
  • Can operate solo and with a team – you know when to ask for help and when to just get it done
  • Care about impact – we’re here to make a difference and want someone who genuinely shares that mindset

Ideal experience:

  • 4+ years experience (flexible) – previous work experience, ideally in a SaaS business, climate tech, supply chain consulting or sustainability consulting
  • Technical understanding of sustainability and supply chain issues such as human rights due diligence, OECD due diligence standards, materiality assessments and strategy development, supply chain dynamics and procurement processes
  • Excellent client engagement and presenting skills alongside experience engaging with external senior stakeholder
  • Project management skills across multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • Track record in translating and prioritising customer needs into user requirements to continuously improve our product
  • Exposure to sustainability, supply chains, batteries, or renewable energy is a bonus but not essential

The role

  • Build, implement and continuously improve our scalable process for customer onboarding, delivery, retention and upsell
  • Run customer onboarding and data insight meetings
  • Be the go-to subject matter expert on renewable energy supply chains and sustainability and feed this knowledge into the data and experience we deliver to customers
  • Own the data methodology on how Infyos assesses the energy industry’s supply chain risk and regulation performance
  • Translate supply chain data into client presentations and reports that help our customers contextualise the platform insights and solve the biggest pain points around supply chain sustainability
  • Lead meetings with industry leading companies - from the CEO, to Policy Directors, to ESG experts - to guide their supply chain strategies and help customers get measurable ROI from our supply chain sustainability data and analytics
  • Work closely with the engineering team to translate customer feedback and learning into product insights for how we can continuously improve our platform and customer experience
  • Get exposure across customer success, sales, product and strategy - we’re a small team, and we’re all hands on deck

How you’d work

  • Hybrid – roughly 2-3 days/week in our London office, and the rest is flexible (home, café, abroad, wherever you do your best work)
  • Travel approximately 2-4 times per month to industry events and client meetings in the UK and abroad
  • Quarterly team offsites and regular in-person days to collaborate and learn from each other
  • Expect autonomy, high trust, and fast feedback loops — we care more about outcomes than facetime

The interview process

We want our process to give you and us a real feel for working together. We’ll aim to wrap up within 2-3 weeks:

  1. ️ Initial call – A chance to hear your story and give you the lowdown on Infyos
  2. Writing & comms task (offline + call) – A writing and presentation task that gives you a taste of the role
  3. Founder chat – A deeper conversation with our cofounders, values, and what we’d build together

  • Competitive market salary based on growth roles and years of relevant experience
  • Generous share options
  • 30 days holiday + UK bank holidays
  • £500 annual personal development budget
  • Remote working days
  • Flexible working with approx 2-3 days / week in the London office

  • 3% pension contribution
  • Quarterly team offsites

  • Apple Macbook
  • Quarterly team offsites for organised fun and strategy discussions
