Industry Data Management Agent - Electricity / Gas (FTC), Stroud

Ecotricity is hiring for two full-time positions on a 9-month fixed-term contract (FTC):

• Industry Data Management Agent – Electricity
• Industry Data Management Agent – Gas

Join our friendly Industry Operations Team as a key contact for industry data exceptions, providing technical support and ensuring smooth industry processes. Your role will include staying updated on industry and regulatory changes, maintaining documentation, and supporting team training. You will also work to improve data integrity across industry databases and internal systems, resolving data exceptions in line with industry regulations (BSC settlement code for Electricity and UNC for Gas).

Core Responsibilities:

• Resolve industry data exceptions and queries, maintaining customer data within specified timelines
• Provide technical support on Gas & Electricity industry data queries
• Coordinate with departments and third parties to resolve customer and industry issues
• Participate in projects and ad-hoc tasks aligned with team needs
• Attend industry/software training and relay updates to the team
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and share knowledge with the team

About You:

Self-motivated, organized, with a genuine interest in personal and team development. You should be committed to continuous improvement, innovative problem-solving, and effective communication. A background in the energy industry is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
