Due to continued growth, we're seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team in Maidenhead.

The Role

As an Industry & Commercial Finance Recruitment Consultant, you'll work with prestigious clients across London and the Home Counties, focusing on commercial finance positions from newly qualified accountants to CFO level. You'll have the opportunity to develop your own client portfolio while benefiting from our established brand presence in the industry and commercial sectors.

Working Pattern

  • Hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in our Maidenhead office
  • Flexibility to work from home when not meeting clients or candidates
  • Regular client visits across London and the Home Counties
  • Access to modern office facilities when required

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry and commercial clients across London and the Home Counties
  • Source high-calibre finance and accounting professionals through various channels
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job qualification to placement
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Attend networking events and industry functions
  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM system

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous recruitment experience preferred but not essential
  • Sales or customer service background with proven track record
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of industry/commercial finance sector beneficial but not required
  • Graduate calibre with strong academic background
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel across the region
