Mission
Support our sales revenue growth with a value consulting approach. Leverage your Life Sciences industry knowledge and experience to provide advice and guidance to our clients, allowing them to transform their business with our portfolio of offers, and reach their objectives with a clear value realization roadmap and a robust business case.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver value perspectives to show customers the benefits of engaging with Dassault Systèmes and help build software pipeline at new and existing customers.
- Identify and document the current state and potential for value during a value assessment phase by identifying Business Drivers, Objectives and expected Benefits and their value indicators (Key Value Indicators).
- Articulate the value during the value definition phase by defining customer's main Business Changes and identifying the processes in a future state that can be improved with our solutions to achieve Objectives. Define the key performance indicators (KPIs) and their targets for these processes.
- Build a business case for the proposed initiatives.
- Establish DS credibility with executives to drive full value achievement of their business transformation by effectively leveraging their people, processes, and 3DS solutions.
- As a trusted advisor, influence decision makers within our customer's ecosystem.
- Work with C&SI partners to build a network to reach and influence decision makers in business and technology at our customers.
- Support the professional services team in their proposal creation and delivery to ensure alignment with KVIs and KPIs identified in the project.
- Confirm by monitoring the KPIs and assess actual impact on the business during value delivery phase.
- Capitalize on the realized value, KPIs and KVIs, and expand footprint in other business areas through our value up phase (post customer deployment).
Experience
- Deep expertise and experience in the business & operations of the Life Sciences Industry (pharma, biotech, and medical device & diagnostics).
- Deep understanding of the processes on how a drug, biologic, device, or combination product is brought to market from R&D/Engineering to development, manufacturing, quality assurance/control, and commercialization.
- Experience with a management consulting firm or in a corporate role delivering strategy and operations projects with an emphasis in business transformation and change management, linking operating models, business models and digital technologies.
- Experience in one or more of the following transformation practice areas: business process architecture and solution implementation, business case and use case development, financial modeling, strategy definition, analytics, complex program management, enterprise software adoption.
- Proven success in leading business transformation engagements in the Life Sciences industry.
- Experience in a sales or technical sales role at an enterprise software solutions organization.
- Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes portfolio of Life Sciences solutions is a plus.
