Overview

Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Industry Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for AWS for Media & Entertainment and AWS for Games enterprise customers with the goal of delivering significant outcomes and improving revenue, reputation, and relationships. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives. The Industry ABM Manager will own end-to-end ABM programs for Media & Entertainment and Games accounts, working from customer needs to create data-driven, multi-channel campaigns, events, and executive programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires strong project management, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
  • Deliver industry customer relevant activations and executive programs
  • Design and execute territory-specific ABM campaigns (1:1, 1: few) that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs
  • Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization
  • Create and implement multi-channel programs (events, digital, direct) that deliver personalized customer experiences
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts
  • Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices
  • Track and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches
  • Manage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact
  • Collaborate with global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
