Competitive salaries and excellent benefits including up to one day's paid leave each year to undertake volunteering opportunities
The Manufacturers' Organisation | Make UK
We have an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Training Manager to join their growing education team at Make UK. We need someone who is pro-active, enthusiastic, a great communicator, who enjoys working with others and can support, lead and inspire the next generation of engineers.
Technically, you will be experienced in mechatronic or tool maintenance engineering and working as an Engineering Training Manager, Team Leader, Process Leader or in a similar maintenance role within a factory/manufacturing/plant setting would be a great fit.
Any experience in training, coaching, mentoring is an advantage, but is not essential for those coming straight from the engineering industry. Any teaching/assessor qualifications can be gained with Make UK.
