- Under the guidance of the Global Packaging Innovation Manager, conceptualize and develop new structural packaging, mechanical devices, and various product delivery methods.
- Assist in identifying strategic consumer, technology, and product insights.
- Develop compelling designs from conception through proof of principle.
- Manage the development and delivery of design propositions for established projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders including R&D, Marketing, Global Design, Supply, external agencies, and suppliers.
- Create design/development briefs to meet targets.
- Ensure projects meet consumer, brand, cost, technical, and quality criteria.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop strategic responses.
- Seek to patent technical inventions when possible.
- Manage team and project budgets to meet operational objectives.

- BA/BS degree in Industrial Design or related field.
