Job Title: Industrial Wet Painter
Location: Halifax
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:30
Pay: £14.50 – £16.00 per hour
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Wet Painter to join our team in Halifax. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company specializing in high-quality metalwork finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply wet paint finishes to a variety of metal components using spray and hand-painting techniques

• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and priming

• Ensure proper thickness and uniform coverage of all coatings

• Work with different finishes to meet specific job requirements

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Conduct quality checks to ensure a high standard of finish

Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial wet painting, ideally on metal surfaces

• Knowledge of different paint types and application techniques

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings (desirable)

• Good attention to detail and quality control

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate between £14.50 and £16.00, depending on experience

• Monday to Friday working hours with overtime available on a weekend if wanted.

• Early shift: 06:00 to 14:30

• Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate
