Harrison Spinks in Leeds is seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Engineer to keep our industrial sewing equipment reliable and production-ready. You will diagnose, repair and service machinery, supporting the manufacturing team to sustain high output.

With specialist training and development, you will help drive efficiency in a modern manufacturing environment and contribute to our long-term growth in Britain’s luxury mattress sector.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial sewing machinery and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• Electrical diagnostics experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair industrial sewing machinery.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance.
• Support production teams to minimise downtime.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance.
• Work closely with operators and supervisors to maintain high productivity.
